Flying from anywhere in the world

Tell us your departure country, city and preferred dates. Airfare depends on your route and booking time and is not included in RM11,500. Allow additional days for international travel. Please wait for written departure confirmation before purchasing non-refundable flights.

Make the journey your own

Ask about longer stays, Damaraland and Twyfelfontein, or a separate southern Namibia journey to Lüderitz, Kolmanskop and Fish River Canyon. Extensions and private-group requests are quoted separately.

Planning conversion only: US$1 = RM4.10 = N$18.00. Currency displays are rounded estimates, not live exchange rates. Your written quote states the payment currency, validity, child prices, any supplements and booking terms.

BEFORE YOU GO

Your questions,
answered.

Practical details for travellers joining from anywhere in the world.

Can I join from any country?

Yes. Namibia Halal Tours and Travels welcomes travellers worldwide. Arrange your international journey to Windhoek and tell us your flight details once your departure is confirmed. Passport nationality determines entry requirements, which may differ from your country of residence.

Do I need a Namibia visa?

Visa requirements depend on your passport nationality, passport type and transit route. Check Namibia’s official immigration information and each transit country before ticketing. Visa and transit fees are not included; we can provide the itinerary and accommodation information for your application once booked.

What documents should I prepare?

Check current passport validity, blank-page and visa requirements for Namibia and every transit point. Carry your return or onward booking, travel documents and insurance details. Families should check the documents required for children. Any health-document requirements depend on your route.

Is your halal certification already issued?

Not yet. We plan to seek halal certification from the Namibia Islamic Halaal Association (NIHA) and engage with local Islamic organisations. Once granted, we will share the certificate, its scope and validity. We do not currently claim certification or endorsement.

Namibia is not Muslim-majority. What should I expect?

Namibia has diverse cultures and is not a Muslim-majority country. Your included halal meals and prayer support are provided by Namibia Halal Tours and Travels. Public spaces and shared accommodation may have different food and cultural practices, including alcohol service. Tell us any specific requirements before booking.

Can we join Friday prayers?

We plan prayer breaks throughout your journey. Mosque and Friday prayer visits depend on the itinerary, distance and local access arrangements. We will explain the practical plan for your dates before travel.

Is the camel ride included?

A short camel ride is planned within the package, subject to availability, rider suitability and the written booking. If it cannot be included, we will explain the alternative before you book. Paid upgrades are listed separately.

Is an ocean cruise included?

The core package includes coastal sightseeing, Walvis Bay lagoon and a guided Sandwich Harbour 4×4 excursion. A marine cruise or kayaking experience is an optional paid upgrade unless your written booking expressly includes it. Ocean and dune activities depend on weather and access conditions.

Do you offer Family Trips?

Yes. Families, couples, solo travellers and friends can join. Tell us children’s ages, room preferences and mobility needs. Children count toward the total group of 10–16 people; child prices are quoted separately. Some activities have suitability restrictions, and strenuous dune climbs are optional.

When will the trip activate?

A shared departure activates only once a minimum of 10 people have joined the same group, with a maximum of 16. Until then, it remains pending. Your written quotation states the confirmation deadline and the refund or transfer terms if the minimum is not reached.

What about weather, long drives and insurance?

Namibia involves long road days, gravel roads and changing temperatures. Pack warm coastal layers, sun protection and comfortable walking shoes. Take professional travel-health advice for your actual route and arrange suitable medical and evacuation insurance. Rest, meal and prayer stops are planned along the journey.

What happens after I enquire?

We check your dates, group and family needs, then send a written quotation with accommodation, inclusions, meal plan, departure status, payment and cancellation terms. This website takes no online payments and an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
